safe at home while empowering yourself through a crash course on food

preservation. Learn how to select, prepare, and process a variety of summer

vegetables that you can find at any local farmers markets."



Harlem Valley Homestead Lead Alicia Walter will cover how to safely

preserve fresh tomatoes and mushrooms, as well as share her favorite

recipes.
