Hello Network Members,

Happy Friday! I wanted to reach out and say hello. My name is Kara Kroeger, and I am the Program Coordinator for Soil for Water. I have been working at NCAT since October 2018. I am passionate about soil health, ecology, and livestock grazing. I am also an herbalist, nutritionist, and private chef.  We have been working hard to develop this network over the past few weeks and it is off to a great start. We now have 36 members enrolled and that number is climbing every day. Help us grow by telling your friends about the network!

I also want to remind you that our fabulous staff at NCAT is here to offer technical assistance to our members. We would love to help you troubleshoot a soil health, monitoring, or grazing issue just to name a few. We have ample knowledge and resources we would be glad to share with you. I have attached our Soil for Water Resource Checklist for starters but remember, the ATTRA website<http://www.attra.ncat.org> has thousands of publications, podcasts, and tutorials on just about any sustainable agricultural topic you can think of. If you haven't visited the site, please do.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to schedule a technical assistance visit (soilforwater at ncat.org). Also, I encourage you to ask questions to this listserv. The more we do that the more we will get to know each other and can be of help to one another.
