20, 2020 </b></span><span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Candara,Optima,sans-serif">in Missoula. </span><span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Candara,Optima,sans-serif">During this event, CFAC endorses farmers, ranchers,
and local food business owners who apply for a 0% interest, no-fee, up-to- $10,000 crowd-funded Kiva loan. At this live event, our selected Pitchfest finalists present their Kiva loan projects in front of a live audience of investors and community members
who want to support Montana’s local food system and lend to the project(s) of their choice on the spot. in fundraising for their project. </span><span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:normal;font-family:Candara,Optima,sans-serif">Because of the additional support businesses receive through the fundraising process, borrowers endorsed by a Kiva Trustee are more
likely to have their loan fully funded in a shorter amount of time.</span><br>

<span style="font-family:Candara,Optima,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:normal">Applying to participate in CFAC’s Farm Fresh Pitchfest is a two-step application process. The first application is submitted to CFAC and the second application
is submitted to Kiva. The entire process takes about two months. </span></span><span style="font-family:Candara,Optima,sans-serif;font-size:14pt;line-height:normal">Farmers, ranchers, and food businesses that are interested in participating in Pitchfest this
