*Edible Backyards Series
Three consecutive Wednesdays, March 30, April 6 and April 13, 6:30-8:30pm
Broken Ground, Bozeman, Cost: $79
A three-session workshop that will give you fresh ideas for your yard,
practical advice on how to make your garden more productive and concrete
steps to make you more successful this growing season.
Topics covered include:
- Designing and Planning your Backyard Space
- Composting and Soil-building
- Gardening Techniques and Strategies for Cold Climates
*Growing a Green Juice Garden
Thursday, April 21, 6:30-8:30pm
Broken Ground, Bozeman, Cost: $40
This workshop will cover how to grow some of the most popular and
beneficial ingredients in green juices including kale, spinach, bok choy,
mixed greens, cilantro, mint, carrots, summer squash and cucumbers. Learn
the benefits of these vegetables and different alkalinizing recipes for
optimal health. Walk away from this class with the knowledge to make
juicing easy, affordable, and delicious!
*Permaculture Design Series*
Two consecutive Saturdays, April 30 and May 7, 9am - 3pm
Broken Ground, Bozeman, Cost: $45 for each individual workshop or $149 for
Permaculture provides small, simple and common sense steps to creating more
energy-efficient, resource-conserving, and abundant lifestyles. This series
will cover practical, DIY solutions to becoming more self-reliant. Topics
covered include Permaculture Design Fundamentals, Start with the Soil
in the Landscape
