Hello,

We thought you would be interested in an upcoming free webinar being offered by the National Center for Appropriate Technology – “Budding and Grafting Fruit Varieties for Organic Production.” If you could pass this message on to anyone who might like to attend, we'd appreciate it.

NCAT Horticulture Specialist Guy Ames is presenting the webinar, which will focus on focus on the need for developing regionally- and locally-adapted fruit crops and how filling that need could:

•	Benefit organic fruit growers
•	Provide a decent on-farm income for detail-oriented farmers/nurserymen.

The remainder of the webinar will feature a discussion of fruit-plant propagation—including grafting, budding, cuttings, and other forms of asexual propagation.
The webinar will be held Thursday, August 29, at 11 a.m. CDT.

The attached materials provide details about the webinar and registration. If you should happen to get a copy of this message without the attached materials, click here for more information: https://attra.ncat.org/grafting_fruit
